
Cadence Running Club had a great inaugural fall session! The runners had numerous highlights and personal bests. We are excited about their continued growth and improvement this spring. Following a long fall training block, it is important to take 2-3 weeks off. Just like summer is the key to a strong XC season, January and February are the foundation to a successful spring track season. A training calendar will be available for runners wanting to get a head start prior to the start of our Winter/Spring Session.
Cadence will kick off the next session Saturday, January 17th.

Who We Are
Cadence is open to all ability levels from beginners to competitive runners 3rd through 8th grade. Cadence is a distance running club that offers training sessions in the fall, winter/spring, and summer. Our dedicated team of coaches come from a variety of running backgrounds and help train, develop, and prepare our runners to compete now, in high school, and beyond.
